Both. Every listing states its exact condition — new, open-box, or certified refurbished — along with the grade and what is included in the box.
04How long do repairs take?+
Most screen and battery repairs are completed same day. Board-level and water-damage diagnostics take 2 to 4 business days; we call with a quote before proceeding.
05What warranty comes with a device?+
New devices carry the full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished units include our own documented coverage of at least 90 days, listed on each product page.
